The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts, presentations, posters, and manuscripts must be prepared in English.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Overview of the abstract submission and evaluation process:

• Abstracts must be written in English only.
• Accepted file formats:  doc, docx, and pdf
• Abstracts must be strictly limited to 1 page.
• Clearly indicate whether the submission is for an Oral or Poster presentation.
• Submissions should be made by emailing the abstract to the official conference email address.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
• Authors will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection from the
• Scientific Committee within one week of submission.
• All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be made available on the official website.

Oral sessions will consist of a series of individual talks delivered by registered speakers.

Presentation Guidelines

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Slides must be prepared in English only.

Presentation format: PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)

All presentation rooms will be equipped with a projector and a Windows-based computer with Microsoft PowerPoint installed.

Speakers must use the organizer’s laptop for their presentation—personal devices will not be permitted.

Speakers must strictly adhere to the scheduled time assigned in the official program.

Audience questions should be addressed at the end of each presentation.

Participants presenting posters are kindly asked to follow the guidelines below:

Poster Specifications

• Maximum size: A1 in portrait format (594 mm × 841 mm)
• Language: Posters must be prepared in English only
• Posters should be clearly readable from a distance of at least 2 meters

Preparation and Installation

• Presenters must print and bring their posters to the venue.
• Poster boards, pins, and poster card numbers will be provided in the Poster Session Room.
• Each presenter must place their poster on the assigned board, marked by the Poster Card Number listed in the final conference program.

Set-Up and Presentation

• Posters must be installed at the venue by 9:00 AM on the day of the session.
• Presenters should refer to the final conference program for the specific poster session time and location.

The designated presenter (author or co-author) must be present at their poster during the assigned session to discuss their work with attendees.

The official ICAMT 2025 Conference Proceedings will include all accepted abstracts and contributions presented during the event.

The proceedings will be available for download in PDF format after the conclusion of the conference.

A link to the proceedings will be published on this page following the event.

Selected papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed journal. Further details will be announced soon.

The International Scientific Conference on Advanced Materials and Technologies (ICAMT 2025) will open at the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia, located in the heart of Tbilisi.

Details regarding the locations of the conference sessions will be announced soon and provided in the final program.
